The service staff was great but received a text that I needed a name air filter with approximate cost of $49.95. They charged me an additional $30 to change the filter. Not happy about that. Also requested to have my tires rotated and not sure it was done? Nothing on the paperwork says it was done at all nor does the service report I received electronically.

They were very friendly and helpful not at all pushy a very pleasant deal

The service team at Jerry Spady is ready and willing to help with my truck whenever I need a service. This is the second time I've reached out to have them work on my truck while visiting from out of state. I had a slow leak in my tire and they were able to get me in that day but I couldn’t go that OK so we scheduled it early the next morning. I was in and out in less than an hour. My tire is fixed and they aired up the rest of my tires as well. They do a great job, taking care of my suburban.

Brand new truck 7800 miles brought in for an oil change and tire rotation. Would you think when they rotate the tires they would check the air pressure? My monthly check up from onstar comes two days later and ALL if my tires are approximately 5# low! Kinda makes me wonder if they even rotated the tires for the extra money i paid?

I was scheduled for a routine service with oil change but I was having issues with my tire sensors when I left home. I mentioned ot to the guy checking me in and he had the service guys look at it too, I needed new sensors and they replaced them while I was there.....that was much appreciated!

Appreciate you getting me in and taking care of my service needs. Where I work out of town during the day it does create an issue to deliver my vehicle the night before and then catching a ride back to my apartment. It would be nice if you provided a loaner car for customers like myself.

Even though they are very busy and I had to wait for an appointment, the service manager (Matt) and the front-line service advisor (Gannon) went out of their way to perform an initial diagnosis of the cause for the “Check Engine” light on my vehicle in order to assure me that the likelihood of any damage caused by the delay getting the appointment.

Matt does a great job getting customers in and the service work done right and a very fair pricing. I would take my cars to somewhere else with this kind of care. Old or new cars, they have done great on all of mine.

We scheduled an appointment for 8:30 with our sales member and the finance staff to sign the documents for the vehicle we were purchasing. We were assured it would be a quick process as I had to take time off from work. The finance member was not even ready for us to sign any until 9:16. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes for him to get the rest of the paperwork ready so we could begin the signing process. He definitely showed that his time was more valuable than that of the customer. We would also suggest that the sale associate increase their knowledge of the of the Chevy trucks that they sell. He had little to no knowledge about the truck.

Told them my car's lane assist always steers to the left instead of finding the middle of the lane, even after an alignment. The invoice they gave me just said the software was up to date and explained how lane assist is supposed to work. Nothing repaired.
