Called in to schedule an appointment for routine oil change for our 22 GMC Yukon and the receptionist Renae was very nice and gave us a couple choices on times available. The appointment was on time and the service technician was professional and the job was completed quickly. Thanks again for a great service experience. Ken W.

WENT ABOUT 10 MINUTES EARLY GOT RIGHT IN AND GOT THE OIL CHANGED ABOUT 30 MINS. WAS VERY SATISFIED.

The communication between the time my vehicle diagnosis and getting it done was terrible. Then when it was done had a appointment for eight o’clock but wasn’t waiting inside so it was not done till late afternoon because they decided that somebody else was a higher priority. Totally unexpected and poor customer service.

I got my oil changed. The next day I noticed a large pool of oil on my garage floor. I called to report it and they sent a tow truck to get my pick up. he was surprised by how much oil had leaked out . I was called a little after 5:00 and was told that i could come and get my pickup. I told him that I had no way to get there and he then told me they were ready to close and I would have to find someone to bring me.I should have not have been responsible to get my vehicle. It was the dealerships responsibility since it was their error. Our conversation excalated. I was yelled at multiple times by the employee that had called. The service manager, Matt, did bring my vehicle and I was then yelled at by him. I have never been treated so poorly by a business as I was that day. I was never apologized to, was told that mistakes happen and that if I had been traveling and would have been stranded that Spadys would have been liable.

Chase did a good job on selling me a brand new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the features on it and made it very painless when buying a new vehicle.

Was able to assist me in getting a fuel filter due to the cold weather, appreciate the prompt service!

They checked in my car, diagnosed it and repaired it, it's was fast, reasonably priced, and accurate.

I took my car in to have the oil changed, tires rotated(they offer complimentary vacuum for front seats) and a radio update performed (pending cost). I was told I would get a call before they performed the update to discuss the cost beings they needed to call in to my warranty. I called back two hours after my appointment to find out when they vehicle would be ready and was told it was finished…update included even though I was never contacted to see if I wanted to go through with it and the cost. I had to pay $100 just for the update and the front was not vacuumed out.

Made an appointment oil for an oil change and a tire rotation a week out. Had email confirmation and everything. The next day, I get a call from the dealership saying my appointment will be canceled due to no available time slots. Caller says they can reschedule at a later date. Why accept appointments and then cancel? I only take my vehicle to certified GM/Chevy dealers. This is bad look for business.

I needed an oil change and a few little repairs done. I called and got an appointment right away. The service Technician called me to let me know what additional repairs I would need to have done and then called again when it was complete which was very quick. I totally felt like they cared about me and my vehicle.

I just bought tires from you the end of February. Spent close to $1k. My tire began to have a bulge in it, attempted to get in last week but was told your tire machine was broken so you couldn’t get me in. Took the soonest appointment and by the time I got in, my tire had blown out and you blamed me for it. I didn’t run into anything or drive over anything and no one would make it right. I spent a ton of money there and expected some road hazard especially since they are Michelin tires. I’m very displeased with my service and I’ve been an avid customer since I moved back & my Grandpa was an avid customer of Jerry over the years. If this isn’t rectified I will be taking my business to Grand Island.

Even though they are very busy and I had to wait for an appointment, the service manager (Matt) and the front-line service advisor (Gannon) went out of their way to perform an initial diagnosis of the cause for the “Check Engine” light on my vehicle in order to assure me that the likelihood of any damage caused by the delay getting the appointment.

Juan was laid back and fun and all the Spady guys were friendly and attentive.

There was a recall on my vehicle, my letter stated the repair should take no longer than thirty minutes. I made an appoint for 11:30 and didn't get my car back until the next day. I was told my appointment time was just a time to drop off the vehicle. It was clear they had no intention on working on the vehicle at my appointment time.

The service staff was great but received a text that I needed a name air filter with approximate cost of $49.95. They charged me an additional $30 to change the filter. Not happy about that. Also requested to have my tires rotated and not sure it was done? Nothing on the paperwork says it was done at all nor does the service report I received electronically.

I had a slow leak in my tire and they were able to get me in that day but I couldn’t go that OK so we scheduled it early the next morning. I was in and out in less than an hour. My tire is fixed and they aired up the rest of my tires as well. They do a great job, taking care of my suburban.

The service team at Jerry Spady is ready and willing to help with my truck whenever I need a service. This is the second time I've reached out to have them work on my truck while visiting from out of state.
